Wraps are one of my go to foods when I dont have much time in in the kitchen. You can cook your protein ahead of time and have it ready on standby to make a great wrap any time by just adding some fresh ingredients to a Tortilla. This home made Healthy Chicken Wrap Recipe is really easy and it has got some great flavor combinations, while still being fairly low carb and nutrient dense.
