I do it where before the bathroom there's a small room where my parents' clothes are. Nobody goes there unless someone needs to use the bathroom
Since its nighttime i did this and skipped most of the exercise and probably did like 15 min. But I looked like I dipped my head in sweat. Great workout would do it everyday??
