[VLOG] THIGH SLIMMING TREATMENT | Erna Limdaugh

So I always struggle with losing fats on my thighs area (even though I try working out alot or even if I lose weight), I talked to Tony about it and then he suggested me to try this Robolex treatment.
I did the treatment twice at AMOA clinic, so far I lost around 1cm on my right leg and 2cm on the left one!

Robolex treatment is using a combination of heat chamber, massage plus ultrasound to dislodge fat and destroy fat cell walls. That fat is then processed out through your body or turned into energy. Results continue to improve over the next 2 weeks. Most people can expect a decrease of 1-4 cms in circumference in the area that is focused on and this treatment can be repeated every 2 weeks. This treatment is often done by those who don’t want to have liposuction however it is not as effective as liposuction because liposuction eliminates up to 80% of the fat cells in the area done. However, this treatment is non-surgical, has no recovery time and is used instead of liposuction or in additional to liposuction.

Hi guys and welcome back to a new video!

Today I am showing you a killer slimming inner thigh workout that I made together with Models in Shape. Many of you liked the leg workout and I saw a lot of comments asking if it would make your legs bigger, and no it doesn’t, it makes your legs more toned and while doing that it also slims them down. When you just work with your own bodyweight you can’t make your legs bigger, you’ll need weight to do that.

In the comments and also my DM’s a lot of you were asking about the inner thighs and how to slim them down so thats why I decided to make a separate workout video just for the inner thighs.

In this workout were doing everything 30sec normal tempo and after 30sec fast. After 2min theres a break of 10sec if thats not enough you can break from anywhere between 10/30 sec if this is too easy do it without breaks or use an ankle weight. (I am sorry if the timing is a little off I didn’t have someone with me to help).

  10. I know that nobody will read this comment but I am going to do this every day and comment it to motivate myself (sorry for my bad english I am from germany)

    Day 1: I did it and I really felt the burn in the inner thighs
    So great!

    Day 2: Done I love this workout so much bc you really have to work with your inner thighs (I think I will do this twice today☺)Ok I did it a second time and it was great and easier than the 1st time!?

    Day 3: Yeah done I feel like my legs are already getting stronger?

    Day 4: I still see no results which is normal after only doing this for 4 days and from now on I want to eat healthy and I want to start a diet!

  12. when i first did this workout i thought it was a 10min video so i was 15mins into the video saying to myself “this has to be longer than 10mins”. i love this workout bc everytime i do it i remember that i can do a 19min workout, since i did it the first time without realising! and this is coming from someone who before did ZERO exercise

  13. 3rd day and I really feel the burn I feel like 1st day was easier lol. To be honest it’s really hard to force yourself to work on your legs for 30 mins a day. My legs have been so sore prior to doing this workout again but I’m glad I did it. Can’t say that I see any sort of result so far because I’m expecting a major result. All I can say is that the legs fr fr get so much more toned and it’s only been 3 days

    Day 3 It's day three guys!!!!! It was too long, but not very hard. And…. maybe it's my imagination, but they're slimmer now!

  16. I'll do this workout for the next ten days and actually update! For background: I am around 5 ft 6 in and I'm 125 pounds (my thighs are about 21.5 inches). I workout for thirty minutes about four times a week usually and mostly do pilates and ten minutes of cardio. My diet is pretty normal, I don't eat super healthy but not unhealthy either (I don't restrict myself if I want something sweet or high in calories). Hope that helps people understand where I am physically!

    Day 1 – it sort of burned at some points and maybe i was doing it wrong but i have done some more rigorous leg workouts similar to this but we'll see. I'm also doing a ten minute jump cardio workout by popsugar. I burned about 125 calories with this workout and the cardio.

    Day 2 – i actually did Sanne Vander's Kendall Jenner leg workout and Sanne Vander's ten minute inner thigh workout and also 10 minutes of cardio. My inner thighs definitely burned a lot and are still burning. I burned about 140 calories through my workout today!

    Day 3: skipped

    Day 4: I did this again along with a ten minute cardio and five minute abs workout. This one burned and the cardio just really brought it all together. No big difference.

    Day 5: This one sort of burned but not too much. My inner thighs feel a little sore.

    Day 6: I did Robins other 20 minute leg workout and my legs were actually shaking. I did some cardio after that, i’m gonna be sore.

    Day 7: I’m super sore so I didn’t do anything. I did Sanne Vander’s five minute inner thigh workout but I can barely move, my glutes and thighs are sore. I feel things tightening up a bit in my thighs.

    Day 8: Rest

    Day 9: It really burned and I felt my inner thighs burn. I haven't been very consistent which is why I don't think I'm seeing results.
