  1. Here you go! You've been requesting a healthy habits video for a long time. 😉 I'd love to hear in the comments below any additional healthy habits that have helped YOU on your wellness journey. And don't forget to pop over to IG and our private FB group (linked in the video description), where we'll continue the discussion! xo – Lisa

  2. I just love how your channel is not preachy in your face "do this do that"! It's just friendly helpful suggestions like from a friend. Thank you, you're so refreshing. ?

  3. The funny thing is you often downshift in order to increase your rpm and get you into the powerband to accelerate faster ?

  4. Do you make your own bread? I'm gluten free and low carb. Maybe you could make a bread that's low carb. Thanks Shari

  5. I've been watching video from your channel a lot these past few days. Thank you for sharing your celiac disease story with us, and helpful recipes, products, and lifestyle tip. I'm in my late 20s, experiencing physical changes, and trying to implement better sleep and simple lifestyle changes so that I can live well and be healthy. I don't know if you will read this, but I have two questions I'd like to ask you:

    1. When you pick fresh herbs from your patio, do you rinse your herbs before adding them to the desired recipe? Should we rinse our herbs, or are they safe to use straight from the garden?
    2. What kind of drone was that you showed in your kitchen at the end of your video What I Eat In A Day ??

  6. I’ve watched a couple of your videos, your a breath of fresh air, can’t wait to pour myself a herbal tea and watch some more! THANKYOU so much for sharing your lifestyle! Linda, Alicante, Spain

  7. I am so glad I found you on here. Just got diagnosed with Hashimotos and I am looking for some simple recipes that I can make at home. Thank you for sharing!

  8. One of your best videos yet. ??
I do most of these things and can vouch for the cumulative effects. Your meal prep plans are better than mine, I need to watch those videos again for more insight. I had to laugh when I saw you sauté the spinach and tomatoes for your eggs, mine is exactly the same only I also add mushrooms and usually cilantro. Love having veggies with my eggs in the morning!
One thing I have discovered that has made me feel so much better is intermittent fasting. I have IBS and there is nothing else that has ever worked quite as well as not eating for a minimum of 12 hours usually 14 to 16 hours every day. I am different than most people in my practice of intermittent fasting in that I don’t eat dinner, most people skip breakfast but I can’t handle that ?
I keep going along learning more about myself and what works for me, and I also try to not be shocked by learning what worked last year or two years ago, is no longer working. It happens, I am 55 years old so it’s that time of life.

I can see I need to spend some quality time perusing your channel with a notebook ? thanks for a great video.

  9. It's so hard for me to do those things because I am still a teenager and I live with my family and they are really different from me .. they are kinda lazy ? and I usually wake up at 4 AM and I have to be quite to not wake them up and my parents don't earn much so they don't buy vegetables very often

  10. Celery in a jar in the fridge! Love that!! Super handy, healthy, and takes up less space in the fridge than a typical flat container! Definitely on my to-implement list!! I could do carrots that way too! 🙂

  11. 3:45 Nah I'll piss myself in my sleep. You ever have a vivid dream of needing to pee so bad n then you go to a bathroom to take a good ol piss, just to wake up wet?

  12. Great video, thanks for sharing! It’s very important to enjoy a healthy lifestyle! Best!

  13. My little secrets.
I eat broccoli/mixed veggies for breakfast.
I drink 3 cups of water in the morning/night.
    I meditate for 10 minutes.

  14. "If moving around is a struggle go do something you enjoy": 'lists off the most difficult activities of lifting and running'. Let's start with walking, power walking, or swimming. gentle on the joints.

  15. ..my mood is always good when i wake up…hahaha???must be d food i eat and d husband i get.haha

  16. So you stopped drinking tea, which is actually healthy for you (without added sugars), and keep drinking milk, which leads to several diseases such as anemia, diabetes and cancer? Didn't quite get that one

  17. Ok.Videos with "handwriting" is very annoying. If it is a video and you are speaking , why do you have to write? Put subtiltles instead. Greetings from Brazil. Be practical.

  18. 1. Walk ( 30 min ).
    2. Have A Favorite Sport.
    3. Educate Yourself On Food.
    4. Have A Meal Plan.
    5. Sex.
    6. Drink AtLeast 2L Of Water ( Everyday ).
    7. Got Out Side ( 2-8 Hours ).
    8. Sleep ( At Least 7 Hours ).
    9. Meditation.
    10. Smile. 🙂

    Thanks.
