Will this help to make my hair thicker too? Or just longer? My hair used to be really thick but it has gotten thinner coz of medication I was taking which I stopped taking as soon as my hair started falling out! But it's not growing back ?

I have been scared to use castor oil after seeing a story on how tons of women in asian countries with the super long hair and use castor oil, started having to cut their hair off after it ended up in one huge knot from the oil. I would think making sure your hair has a balance of moisture and protein would work well. Good luck with your hair growth journey

Sooooo. You're keeping the rice water in….no washing it out after the rice water. Did you do it at the beginning of the day and went by your day. Did you use it at night and go to sleep. Did you wash your hair anytime after…use products. What did you do about the smell if it was THAT bad.

Next time use jasmine rice or basmanti it smells way better. I used peppermint oil rosemary oil and saw palmetto. My hair took off! Peace!

It used to be long, down to my belly button back in July 2019 and is now just above my chest. It gets so matted and SO tangled it's like trying to comb out dreadlocks.. It's because it's a starch that it acts up like that. I use a shower cap after saturation and wrap a towel around my neck
I think it works overtime but you have to grab the same amount of hair to see if it really grows.
Do you rinse your hair after applying the rice water or u just let it dry?
