  4. blogalaties somone please help me !! heres the situation, i am nearly 15 years old and i weigh 59 kg , i really want to lose my belly pooch because every time i do an ab workout i get in a negative mindset i have decided to do this for a month and slim down a bit but its really hard to know what works because everyone on youtube says something different . i cant go to the gym so i only do at home workouts . i would like to do it as quick as possible but i know it will take a while . and i cant really change my entire diet and if possible i would love to get a thigh gap aswell before october thank you
