  7. I'm on my 7th day of doing this and I'm about to hit the routine right now.. I can do all exercises except for jumping squats, I can only go for 25 seconds and then my legs start burning I take a 10 second break and start at 35 and finish the 45 sec exercise. At first I couldn't even finish half-burpees trust me guys you will get better and better at it just stay committed. My goal is to finish the workout routine without any breaks at all.
