I have definitely noticed that I’ve gotten a little fluffy since quarantine and just happened to realize that graduation is swiftly approaching! Don’t worry, if you’re not breastfeeding – these tips will still work for you.

PLEASE TALK WITH YOUR DOCTOR if you have any underlying heath conditions before you start any fast. Breastfeeding can give you large swings in electrolytes so make sure you get enough calories and nutrient dense foods.

These are all the thing I do to start leaning out. If you add in a little exercise everyday – you’ll lose even quicker! I don’t generally track my calories everyday. I generally know when I eat too much or eat at a deficit but for those who haven’t been able to gage it yet, it’s good to at least track once.

The short answer is yes .In this video we’re going to see the important things to know about the importance of drinking water to lose weight.

Drinking water helps boost your metabolism, cleanse your body of waste and acts as an appetite suppressant. Also, drinking more water helps your body stop retaining water, leading you to drop those extra pounds of water weight.
Water aids digestion and promotes the normal functioning of many body organs including the liver. Lack of regular intake of water will slow digestion, decrease fat metabolism and give you the feeling that you are bloated and tired.

Drinking sufficient quantity of water increases the rate at which our liver burns off fat. If you drink inadequate quantities of water, your liver ends up working exhaustively thus storing more fat as it becomes difficult to burn fat more effectively.

If you want to lose weight, you should drink a minimum of eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day. However, to really get the process moving, drink half your body weight in ounces each day. So, if you weigh 180 pounds, you should drink about 90 ounces of water a day — roughly 11 glasses of water.

Remember: put your chair against a wall, on a carpet or a non-slick surface or Don’t use a chair. You can do this using a table, dresser, your bed, car or truck.

Too hard? Then go higher meaning raise the level or elevation of the object you’re doing the ‘LOOK BETTERS’ off of. So, you can go as low as a chair all the way to standing straight up doing them off a wall (while facing the wall)

DO NOT DO REGULAR BURPEES! Chair burpees (or look betters) may seem easier but they are actually better for fat loss because they force you to go faster. This makes it more intense than the regular burpees or FULL burpees you do off the floor plus,

The first thing you have to realize is that all three of these areas share the common problem in that they look bad mostly because of the abundance of body fat. You may even have developed muscles underneath, but as long as the fat is present you will never get a chance to see what it looks like.
