It’s my favorite meal of the day 🙂 And of course, very important for having a productive morning routine as well. It gives us our energy and nourishes our body.

Another thing I’ve been teaching myself is having a tall glass of water, first thing after waking up. Let me tell you, it’s one of the best healthy morning routine tips you could hear. It makes a HUGE difference 🙂 Even if you’re looking for healthy morning habits to lose weight, this one could help out as well.
