Cracking joints during exercise

http://LegendaryStrength.com – It’s perfectly natural for your body to make noises while exercising. The most important thing is the lack of pain associated with noises your body makes, which indicates that everything is as it should be. On the other hand, if there is a strange noise or a clicking sound in some part of your body in combination with pain, you should try to figure out what led to it and start working on the healing process.

Many of us have the cracking/popping sound in multiply joints and while this might be a bit annoying, it’s totally fine if it’s not painful. In fact, I find some of my cracks and pops satisfying, especially during my mobility routine.
