  2. I attempted the first recipe. It came out nicely. This coming from someone who has virtually no experience cooking; this is pretty much the first recipes I have ever attempted to follow (I'm not joking). The most difficult part was finding all the items at the grocery store. Is coconut milk different than full fat coconut? Also I think the diced tomatoes I bought are more watery in the can so it caused the curry to be more watery. Other than that it came out very nice and was actually super easy to cook and prepare.

    Note to others – there is a printable page with the recipe from the link in the description, which was helpful to have.

  4. I made the chickpea curry, i added kidney beans too and OMG thank you for this recipe i made it and it was soooo good, i did have to add some honey to sweeten it up. My mam loved it too 🙂
