In this short video I will show 7 different exercises that target the legs, highlighting the muscles involved, the correct technique and also some quick tips on how to get the maximum out of them. These exercise are useful for bodybuilding and strength training. Please note that this is not a complete workout routine, but it could work as a starting point.

Eight Types of Parts of Speech | Examples | Exercise

What is Parts of Speech?
Every sentence is made of a group of words.
These words are of different types based on usage in the sentence.

There are mainly eight types of parts of speech.

1. Noun.
A Noun is a word used as the name of a person, place, thing, or an idea
2. Pronoun.
A Pronoun is a word used instead of a noun.
3. Verb.
A Verb is a word used to express an action or state of a subject;
4. Adjective.
An Adjective is a word used to describe a noun or a pronoun;
5. Adverb.
An Adverb is a word used to describe a verb, an adjective, or another adverb;
6. Preposition.
A Preposition is a word used to link a noun or pronoun with other words in the sentence.
7. Conjunction.
A Conjunction is a word used to join words or sentences;
8. Interjection.
An Interjection is a word which expresses some sudden feeling or emotion of a person;

There is one more part of speech added in Modern Grammar,
9. Determiners.

In this routine, we go through one exercise with variations to help improve your strength. That’s right you can use just one exercise to help get and keep your legs strong! And we do three rounds to ensure you work those legs well.
