  1. Amazing video.

Two things that I would like to correct you though; one is that fatloss can only happen in a Calorie deficit, so restricting calories is almost necessary to achieve your goals, especially if you are a beginner and do not regularly exercise.
The other is that Ketosis does not happen due to Calorie restriction, it happens due to lack of glycogen in your body.

Hopefully you can help more people with this information in the future because you do a great job 🙂

  2. You explained this very well.Adopting a healthy lifestyle is definitely key.

  3. it takes 2 weeks to form a habit.. and 3 days or so for your gut bacteria to stop craving things…. replace meals with chicken, broccoli, spinnach, avocado…. or similar… and eat 2 big meals per day, or 1, or alternate… and keep going….

    viola! weighloss!

    you're welcome

  4. This specific diet routine“Kαbοnοz Ydα” (Google it) has offered me personally each of the resources to lose my belly fat. Of course, I dropped 25lbs although I am huge lady and i also don’t perform frequent exercises. I sleep at night far more heavily and also do not sense groggy each morning. This has furnished me a raise of vitality and I think that I am weight loss as well. .

  5. Calorie restriction worked great for me! Lost 32lbs and 2 years later still look great. AND now I love healthy foods! I still eat "unhealthy" foods on occasion. Once a week I might have some steak or eat out. But the rest of the week it's lean meat, veggies, and fruit.

  6. Breakfast is not necessary, in the sense that you have to eat upon waking or shortly after. At this point (3:18) I will quit watching as it's full of disinformation.

  7. I'm not doing keto, and I don't advocate it, but you listed it under calorie restriction and it is definitely not that at all.

  8. Hi there.. I know what it feels like getting tired of your body fats. LoL! I keep searching on youtube and google for legit products on losing weight. I'm kinda stingy when it comes to buying, I don't want to spend into something that didn't work and I'm glad I found this video. Thanks for the tips and ideas. 🙂 but of course, aside from diet and exercise, we need some back up to make our weight loss goal successful. I'm not encouraging everyone to spend money but this tool @t really do helps me a lot. Good luck everyone. 😉

  9. I agree with you. Lifestyle is the key factor for lose/maintain weight. None of it matters if you can't be consistent. Right guys ?

  10. Again those "faults" dont count for everyone. If i eat breakfast, i will eat mor kcal through the day. If i dont watch my calories, i gain weight quickly, even when eating healthy. Plus the only way to lose weight is to eat less kcal than you burn. So restriction to a certain level is needed.

  11. Ok, everything else falls. Next time You are at the store, buy leaves of roasted seaweed (sushi section). Leave it near the television. Next time You need popcorn or Crisps be lazy enough to grab those roasted seaweed leaves, tear in 4 slices and eat instead of other salty snacks. I suppose they are on the healthier side.
