In today’s video I’m showing you guys how I used castor oil for 30 days for hair growth. My hair is in that awkward stage where it’s not super long but it’s not super short (I’m currently trying to grow out my hair). I know I need a trim because my split ends are pretty bad, but I wanted to try growing it out a bit more before I trimmed it. To help my hair grow fast, I decided to try castor oil. Castor oil is supposed to be amazing for hair growth. After 30 days, I can agree that it has definitely helped my hair grow! Here in Jamaica we use castor oil for a number of things. Hair growth, constipation, for a quick flush of the system. One teaspoon and you have loose bowels lol. It is also use for tooth decay, extracting a bad tooth.

I recommend sulfate, silicone, and paraben free shampoo and conditioner because they make your hair heavy with products and build up on your scalp
