  4. 1. Stay Hydrated. Drink water.
    2. Eat fruits instead of juices
    3. Turn off screens
    4. Keep fruits and veggies
    5. Sleep early

  5. I don't drink soda. I've cut sugar out, only use Stevia and erythritol, eat 600-800 calories a day, walk, jog, run for 2 hours a day at least, lift weights, do push-ups and occasionally high intensity workouts, drink water, get 8 hours of sleep. Still gaining fat weight. I don't think any health "experts" really know.

  9. Today i eat in a corect portion and at correct time i eat prawns pullav today the portion was one and a half bowl of rice and one bowl of prawns bowl size was small

  10. Good luck getting most Italian/Americans to be happy with a palm portion of pasta or every Asian/American with a palm portion of rice. Ironically, people who actually live in Italy or in most Asian countries are not as obese as Americans – – – at least not until they allow American fast food chains and processed food manufacturers to invade their food supply.
