  26. something I dont get…I was thought that body needs 1g of protein/1kg bw…but in america you use imperial system so shouldnt protein intake be adjusted accordingly? i mean if my weight is 80kg thats 80g of protein but for you its 176g…how is that, am I missing something?

  27. I agree, they all kinda work for weight loss and Ive tried them all or most. What worked for me was going vegan as a challenge for one month and dropped 15 pounds in one month which actually blew me away because I could never get those same results before w keto or anything else. I’m not a vegan advocate, but may stick with it another month or two to see how this plays out.
