  1. I do it where before the bathroom there's a small room where my parents' clothes are. Nobody goes there unless someone needs to use the bathroom

  2. Since its nighttime i did this and skipped most of the exercise and probably did like 15 min. But I looked like I dipped my head in sweat. Great workout would do it everyday👍😊

  3. I did 19.23 minutes and I don’t like quitting a workout early but this kicked my a**.

  4. I started doing this video today but sadly I can't move forward as much as I want to it only took me a little minutes because my body can't make it. Hope I can do it next time.

  5. Oh dear lord help me, 6 minutes in and I gave up. I can never get past 6 minutes, those jumping jacks fucking kill me.

  8. I started today for the first time this workout and i want to write every day my results here.
    I started also to eat healty and to reduce carbohydrates like pasta(because im italian).
