  1. This was great information. Very helpful. The sound is off during the portions when the lady in blue speaks. Just FYI.

  2. Take the music off. I wanted to watch the whole video but the music is too loud to hear what the lady is saying.

  3. My wife and I are both overweight, I have high blood pressure, and she has the beginnings of CHF. A few years ago I would have scoffed at watching a video like this … but here I am … and I’m not laughing anymore. Thank you for your effort in educating boneheads like me.

  4. My problem is I am a meat and potatoes guy and it’s just so hard to get the same full feeling on this diet. I never had a problem with weight but my cholesterol is through the roof. I would eat 9 meals a day if I could

  5. No disrespect but oil cause heart attacks and also cancer fact ,,,, dr.joel wallach

  6. Thank you for such an informative video. I have just had angioplasty 14 days back. Am really taking care of my diet now. Can i have a couple of alcoholic drink sometimes?

  7. I had a full blown heart attack 3 weeks ago! No bull! It’s time to wake up. If not for quick intervention I would be long dead. A sobering thought.

  8. Just eat fruits vegetables and berries some lean meats. Its not what to add its what to take out. You ladys were great and thank you for caring. If people have to look up how to eat healthy there is no hope.
