  3. Health? low calories? the video teach you how to make a Mac’n cheese fried chicken!!

  4. Mayo and bread? Potatoes ? Pasta and coconut cream? You got to be kidding me, they are not low calories.

  5. Ok. Many of these are just smart alternatives to the traditional foods we eat. However that are not low of calories. The better title for this video is ‘healthier foods’ not ‘low calories’. And even then, some of these foods aren’t even healthy.
