  3. Diet Plan known as Custokebon Secrets kept showing up here on different youtube videos and I thought they were scam. However after my cousin follow it, and finally lost plenty of weight by using it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. Don't take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on google.

  7. It is about one month from when I start the intermittent Fasting and I feel quite well : I lose about 7.5 kg and I manage quite well with the meals. It will be very useful for me to get some advice from relative to the structure of the meals. So far, I notice that the first meal after fasting period (it is not break-fast , isn't it?) should have no carbs at all and only lean proteins.

I am trying to eat a healthy Keto diet and I am doing intermittent fasting, working toward eating one time per day (which will be 4:00 p.m.).     Weight loss with some help finally came to 50-60 carbs a day and I could drop 3lbs in a week.
    All in how your metabolism works.

  13. Carnivore OMAD is th fastest way I know. I never exercise to lowwrinsulin. The stress will raise my blood sugars and insulin and cause me to lose sleep.
    I was once 400 pounds and 35% body fat. I went low carb then keto then carnivore then OMAD carnivore.
    Now im 203 and 9% body fat. Virtually no exercise. Just work around the house as im retired. I don't even walk. Carnivore OMAD builds muscle with growth hormones even at my age. 65.

  14. OH No! You did the Rude side shot profile where you do not look at the camera! If you were talking to me and did this i would think you are being rude. I don't know why this side thing is so popular. I find it rude and to be honest STUPID. Why not do the side profile and be looking at the camera? What does not looking at the camera do for you, what work does it accomplish? Love the video but found the side profile fad annoying.

  15. I can’t face breakfast in the morning. I usually don’t eat until 1 or 2pm. I then might have something low carb at about 7pm.

Gosh so that's why even if I drink lemon water with chia and honey or apple cider vinegar, my weight is still the same. that is because I eat rice and bread a lot, then i couldn't discipline myself with IF, and less exercise, and I only sleep less also about 3 to 4 hours, that's make me hungry always. This is hard job.
