  6. Excercise is good for your brain?! Who would of thought?!. No studies are needed to realise that. We have becomed so detatched from out true nature and function that needing TED talks about how excercise can increase brain function is depressing. I understand and am greatful that these talks exist and motivate people to make positive changes, but its scary that we need these videos and that they are revelations to some people!
